We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

4. Messaging channels

If you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or another platform, that platform handles the message under its own privacy terms before it reaches us.

We keep such conversations only for as long as they are relevant to your enquiry or engagement.

5. Photography and film

Production work involves recording people. Where individuals are identifiable and the material is intended for publication, we seek permission on location or through your organization.

If you appear in material we hold and want it withdrawn from publication, contact us and we will act on it.

We share information with service providers only where it is needed to do the work — for example hosting providers, or crew engaged for a specific shoot.

7. Retention

Project files and correspondence are kept for as long as the engagement is active and afterwards for the period required for records, warranty and archival purposes.
